Job Description:

• Provide training for children aged 5–11 in public speaking using the Johan Speaking Academy framework. • Maintain regular communication with parents to update them on their child’s progress. • Actively participate in Johan Speaking Academy events (stage time and related activities). • Shoot and edit short videos to document and share student progress with parents. • Assist with operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of classes, events, and centre activities. • Able to commit for at least 6 months. • Training will be provided and teaching begins end of March 2026.

Job requirements • Education: Professional certificate or diploma. • Experience: Preferably a minimum of 1 year of related work experience. • Skills: MS Excel, MS Office, CapCut, Canva. • Personal: Team player; committed to working with children; responsible; positive attitude; strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. • Availability: Sundays, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. • Preferred field of study: Psychology (priority); Law also considered. • Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin (please state speaking, reading and writing proficiency). • Employment type: Part-time only.
