Salary
• Basic salary: RM1,800 per month
• Fixed monthly allowance: RM1,200 per month
• Total monthly gross remuneration: RM3,000 per month
• EPF, SOCSO and EIS contributions

Working Hours
• Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and physically fit Junior Merchandiser to support deliveries, collections and merchandising activities at assigned retail outlets.
This is a junior position, and candidates without previous experience may apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver and collect documents, products, samples and promotional materials.
• Visit assigned retail outlets according to the daily schedule.
• Arrange products neatly and ensure displays meet Company guidelines.
• Check product availability, pricing labels, promotional displays and point-of-sale materials.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or out-of-stock situations.
• Check products for damage, expiry concerns and poor display condition.
• Assist with loading and unloading products, cartons and display materials.
• Obtain signatures, stamps, photographs or other proof of delivery.
• Take before-and-after photographs of completed merchandising work.
• Submit daily outlet-visit, delivery and merchandising reports.
• Report delays, damaged products, rejected deliveries or outlet issues immediately.
• Communicate professionally with customers and retail outlet employees.
• Use your own car for assigned deliveries, collections and outlet visits.
• Safeguard Company products, documents and equipment.
• Perform other reasonable runner, merchandising or operational duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence.
• Must own a reliable car and be willing to use it for work.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry cartons, load and unload items, set up displays, stand and walk during outlet visits.
• Able to travel regularly within the Klang Valley and other assigned locations.
• Familiar with Google Maps or Waze.
• Able to use WhatsApp and smartphone applications for work updates.
• Responsible, punctual, honest and dependable.
• Able to follow instructions and complete daily schedules independently.
• Basic written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Previous runner, delivery, retail or merchandising experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Fresh school leavers and junior candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work on Saturdays and outside normal hours when reasonably required.
