Job Description

1. Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem solving. 2. Good time management, ability to prioritize tasks and follow instructions. 3. Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings 4. Replace, reconnect new lighting fittings, water heater, fans, switches, door levers and knobs 5. Repair or replace kitchen and or window fittings, hinges etc. 6. Replace/ fix simple plumbing fixtures. 7. Basic cleaning 8. Oversees the renovation of the site time to time. 9. Simple hacking- to create wall slot for wire pipes 10. Interest in home repair, skills above are not obligatory, can be trained.
