Job Description

(1) Proceed to Grand Hyatt Hotel KL by your own fleet and be ready to unload the event prop from hotel loading bay before 11:00pm . Register yourself by telling the security officer you are workers from YL Events Sdn Bhd at the loading bay. (2) Load the event props to level 2 Grand Salon Ballroom using the service lift. (3) Setup the truss system + netting , table centrepiece x 14 , stage decor and gazebo (will brief on actual day) (4) Clean up and Move the remaining boxes to a room where can store them (will brief on actual day). (5) Back home from Grand Hyatt KL by your own fleet. Remember that upon receiving this Setup Job on 28th Nov evening, you also agreed to pick up the Dismantle Job for the same event starting from 11pm 29th Nov till 3am 30th Nov. The dismantle part of salary will be distributed separately from this Setup listing at the same hourly rate.
