Job Description

Part 1: (11:00PM 25/09/24 to 05:00AM 26/09/24) - To help loading event props from The Leafz Tower C to Lorry - Follow the client vehicle or using own transport to St Regis Hotel to help unload event props from loading bay to the main ballroom - Assist in arranging event props aesthetically as stage decor - Clean up and store the event prop boxes properly for dismantle purpose - Workers then leave from St Regis Hotel with own transport or follow client car back to The Leafz Tower C Part 2: (10:00PM 26/09/24 to 03:00AM 27/09/24) - Workers meet up at The Leafz Tower C and follow client vehicle to St Regis Hotel - Assist in dismantling the event props (stage decor and table decor) into boxes properly - Loading event props from main ballroom to loading bay and eventually to lorry - Follow client car back to The Leafz Tower C for unloading the event props - Workers leave home from The Leafz Tower C
