Job title: Clean, Prepare & Coordinate Equipment Transfer — Own Transport Required

Please arrive by 3:00pm at Jalan Damansara Endah, Damansara Heights. The exact address and contact person will be provided privately.

Scope of work:

1. Take clear photos of the items before starting.
2. Wipe down and clean the exterior of the equipment, then sort and organise all items for transport. Items include cleaning machines, vacuum cleaners, mops, buckets, trolleys, chairs and miscellaneous supplies shown in the attached photos.
3. Keep each machine’s cables, hoses and accessories together. Secure loose items and prepare everything for loading. Do not discard anything without my approval.
4. Coordinate with the rented van crew to ensure all designated items are loaded. Assist with manageable items; heavy equipment must be handled with suitable assistance or a trolley.
5. Travel to the destination using your OWN transport. The rented van will carry the equipment.

6. Supervise unloading and arrange the equipment neatly in the area designated by the receiving staff.
7. Check the delivered items against the collection photos and report any missing items or damage.
8. Send photo updates after cleaning/preparation, after loading, and after the final arrangement in Puchong. Confirm handover with me before finishing.

A Lalamove van with driver-assisted loading and unloading has been arranged separately. You will clean, sort and prepare the equipment, then work together with the driver to load it safely.

Travel to Cooltech Engineering in Puchong using your own transport. Help the driver unload, oversee the neat arrangement of all equipment, and send clear photos confirming delivery and final placement.
