We are looking for a reliable GoGetter to help with manual footfall counting at an empty retail lot inside a mall.

Counting will be done manually using the Tally Tracker app, while a phone/camera records the frontage for verification.

This is not a sales or promotion job. You do not need to approach shoppers or speak to mall visitors.

Job Scope

• Set up a phone/camera to record the shop/lot frontage.

• Stand outside the camera frame and use Tally Tracker to count passersby.

• Count every valid pass-by according to the counting criteria.

• Do not block traffic or disturb shoppers.

• Submit the final count and screenshot after each slot.

• Submit the video recordings.

• 11am - 12pm

• 12pm - 1pm

• 6pm-7pm

Before each counting slot, reset Tally Tracker to 0.

At the end of each counting slot, take a screenshot

Count as 1 person when:

1. The person walks pass midpoint of the shop/lot frontage, even if they turn back after passing the midpoint..

2. The person walks past the frontage in either direction.

3. Children count only if they are walking on their own and meet the same midpoint frontage rule.

4. People using wheelchairs, walking aids, or mobility devices count if they pass the midpoint.

5. Count each person individually, not by group.

6. Example: A group of 4 people walks past, count 4.

7. If a person stops in front of the lot but eventually passes the midpoint, count

Note: The purpose is to count total pass-by traffic, not unique people. If the same person passes by again later, count them again as a new valid pass-by.

Do not count when:

1. The person turns back before reaching the midpoint of the lot frontage.

2. Children are being carried, pushed in strollers, or sitting in trolleys.

3. The person is clearly mall staff, security, cleaner, delivery rider, promoter, outlet staff, or worker.

4. The person is clearly loitering or pacing back and forth around the same spot in front of the lot.

5. The person only appears near the side, junction, lift, escalator, or nearby walkway but does not pass the lot frontage midpoint.

6. The person is not within the walkway directly in front of the lot frontage.
