Job Description

1) Florist: Arranges flowers, fruits, chocolates, and decorations for various events and occasions, according to the client's preferences and themes. 2) Stock Management: Manages the inventory of hampers, fresh flowers, fruits, baskets, ribbons, decorative materials, and necessary florist equipment. Ensures that the stock of flowers and other materials is always sufficient, fresh, and in good condition. 3) Customer Service: Provides quality customer service, including offering advice and suggestions on arrangement choices. Resolves customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism. 4) Order Management: Prepares and manages order deliveries (by booking runners through Lalamove) according to the scheduled timeline. 5) Quality Maintenance: Ensures the workspace is always clean and organized, and that the fruits, flowers, and hamper materials used are of high quality. 6) Marketing: Supports the company's marketing and promotional activities.
