Company : Limitless Technology Group Position: Operation Assistant (Inbound & Out-Bound) Address: 11a, 15, Jalan PJS 7/21, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor Job Type: Full-time Working days: 5.5 days/week Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Job Description: Out-bound (1 position) • To ensure quality of flower/products received • Assisting florist if needed • To complete all assigned tasks and to prepare the next day's flower requisitions • Preparing items required by florists (Paper, Box, Flower Accessories, etc) • Maintaining flower freshness • To maintain a high standard of work, discipline, attitude, and behaviors. • To maintain a hygienic and safe working environment, to report all necessary accident and incidents to the Management • To perform all other duties assigned by Head of Department or Manager Inbound (1 position) • Receiving: Checking and accepting goods from suppliers. • Inspection: Ensuring the received items meet quality and quantity specifications. • Put-away: Storing items in the appropriate locations within the warehouse or storage facility. • Inventory Management: Updating inventory records to reflect the newly received items. Job Requirements: • High school certificate or equivalent • A relevant certificate may be required • Previous experience in a similar role • Good verbal communication skills • Good organizational skills • A willingness to learn
