Tuition Centre Marking & Admin Assistant

Job Scope & Requirements:

• Mark students’ papers quickly and accurately.
• Record students’ marks and completed work accurately in the record book.
• Assist with filing, preparation of learning materials and other basic administrative work.
• Help with general tuition centre operations when required.
• Able to speak and understand English.
• Able to listen carefully and follow instructions well.
• Fast, focused, organised and able to work independently after training.
• Single, not married and no children.
• Not currently doing an internship or other work that may interfere with availability.
• Must be available 2:00 PM–10:00 PM on mon-fri. Sat 9:00 AM -1:00PM
• Preferably staying within 5 km of City of Elmina.
• Must have own transport, a valid driving licence and be able to drive.
• Must have good attendance and be able to commit consistently.
• Preferably not someone who requires frequent or regular monthly leave.
• Suitable for someone looking for a stable, longer-term part-time position for atleast 6months in a tuition centre environment.
