Job Description
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Outlet Crew Members to join our team at Penang Chendul. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining the quality standards of the outlet. Role Specifics Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude. 2. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. 3. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to outlet standards. 4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, including dining areas, counters, and kitchen. 5. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system. 6. Stock and replenish inventory as needed. 7. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. 8. Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally. 9. Assist in opening and closing duties as required. 10. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations. Working style: Location: Elmina Lakeside Mall, Shah Alam Working Style: Full time - various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Compensation and Benefits: 1. Salary: RM1800 - 2500 2. Perks: Complimentary staff meals 1 time per shift, overtime pay, transport allowance 3. Transport Allowance: RM200 monthly, with the possibility of an increase to RM300 if resides more than 20KM away. 4. Typhoid jab and medical test costs covered by the company at appointed medical clinic before commencing work. Additional Opportunities: Potential for promotion to a supervisory role based on performance, subject to management's discretion. Training and Development: Training Provided: Training and development opportunities with friendly and supportive work environment Candidate Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Proven work experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 6. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. 7.
