The Service Associate (F&B / Front Desk) plays a key role in delivering a warm, professional, and seamless guest experience across food & beverage outlets and front desk operations. This position is guest-facing, service-oriented, and requires flexibility to support multiple hospitality touchpoints while upholding hotel standards and policies.

Guest Service & Experience

1. Greet and welcome guests courteously upon arrival and departure
2. Provide professional, warm, and engaging service at all times
3. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary
4. Ensure all guest interactions align with hotel service standards and brand values

Front Desk Operations

1. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while delivering a welcoming experience
2. Manage phone calls, reservations, and inquiries (walk-in, email, phone, online platforms)
3. Ensure front desk operations are carried out according to hotel policies and procedures

Food & Beverage Service

1. Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and provide recommendations when appropriate
2. Ensure orders are served correctly and promptly according to service standards
3. Upsell food, beverages, and special promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue

Operations, Hygiene & Compliance

1. Follow all hygiene, safety, and hotel policies, including grooming standards and health protocols
2. Ensure cleanliness and safety of assigned service areas at all times
3. Comply with SOPs related to service, cash handling, and guest safety
