👕 Fit Room Friend & Floater — Retail Store Job Summary: Join our retail team as a Fit Room Friend & Floater, where you’ll support both front-of-house and back-end retail operations. You’ll help customers find the right fit, manage store activities, and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Execute and oversee daily retail operations such as opening/closing, inventory management, stock replenishment, cashiering, and sales reporting. Deliver excellent in-store customer service, especially in the fitting room area, to enhance overall shopping experience. Support visual merchandising and ensure store cleanliness. Assist in receiving goods, managing deliveries, and handling ad-hoc tasks. Support execution of in-store events, promotions, or community campaigns. Report directly to the Retail & Community Manager. Products Sold: Clothes for men, women, and kids, plus a curated selection of home living product
