Booth Attendant for Medical Supplements Company at the 22nd Malaysian Congress and Exhibition on Allergy and Immunology XXXX We are seeking a friendly and professional booth attendant to represent our medical supplements company at the 22nd Malaysian Congress and Exhibition on Allergy and Immunology XXXX. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with attendees to provide information and promote our products. Responsibilities: Greet attendees and answer their questions about our products and services. Provide product samples and information to attendees. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the booth. Assist in setting up and dismantling the booth. Ensure that all marketing materials and products are fully stocked and readily available. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Friendly and professional demeanor. Instructions: Familiarize yourself with the company's products and services to be able to answer attendee's questions. Dress professionally and arrive on time to set up the booth before the event starts. Greet attendees warmly and engage with them to provide information and promote our products. Keep the booth clean and organized throughout the event. Work with the team to ensure that all marketing materials and products are fully stocked and readily available. Stay until the end of the event to help with the dismantling of the booth.
