Job Description

EVENT CREW NEEDED 1. General description: Event setup for wedding / birthday functions 2. Job tasks: - Unload / load items and carry to event venue / from vehicle. - handle fragile items with care - Setup decoration according to instructions - Be proactive to offer help to other event crew - Report to supervisor if item is damaged. 3. Environment: - Indoor setup. Working closely with full time staffs who are ready to help. 4. Expected job outcome: - XXX% completion of event setup 5. Tools required: - All tools will be provided. 6. Physical requirements: - A lot of standing and walking. - Might need to lift heavy items / boxes, full time crew will be ready to help. - Jobscope may be slightly different depending on event day requirement but expectation of outcome will be the same.
