Event: Golf Event Date: 14 March XXXX Time: 6am-3pm 1. General description: Assistant of photographer 2. Job tasks: - Jot down photo number - Pass to customers for them to fill up their name, contact no & email - Double confirm with customer if their handwriting is not clear - Handover a voucher or brand card to customer - Pass all the photo cards to person-in-charge by end of the day 3. Environment: Golf course @ KLGCC 4. Expected job outcome: Jot down photo numbers and collect customer’s details. All the details and information collected must be accurate and correct. 5. Tools required: Pen only. Photo cards and brand vouchers will be provided. 6. Physical requirements: All black. Tidy and clean looking. Black cap will be provided.
