JOB SCOPE

• Welcome visitors to the booth and respond to general event inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.

• Actively invite visitors to scan a QR code and complete an online feedback form.

• Distribute corporate gifts to visitors upon successful completion of the feedback form.

• Key in details from collected physical business cards into an online form.

• Take clear photos of the booth periodically throughout the shift (both with and without visitors).

REQUIREMENTS

• Must commit to all 3 event days.

• Proactive, outgoing, and comfortable engaging in conversation with corporate professionals.

• Tech-savvy and proficient with smartphones and filling out online forms.

• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Public-facing event environment located indoors in an air-conditioned exhibition hall.

• Requires standing and moving around the booth area for extended periods during the shift.

DRESS CODE / WHAT TO BRING

• Dress Code: Formal business attire with a Blazer. (All black. Shirt can be black or white.)

• What to Bring: A fully charged smartphone with mobile data access

INCENTIVE / BONUS

• Commission Bonus:

• Collect >50 valid leads: Receive an extra RM 30 bonus.

• Collect >100 valid leads: Receive an extra RM 80 bonus.

• Note: A lead is defined as a fully and accurately filled feedback form or valid name card entry.

IMPORTANT

• Punctuality is strictly required. Please allow extra time for morning parking or public transit arriving at WTC Kuala Lumpur.
