JOB SCOPE

1. Runners: Support main crew with event flow, particularly around the stage and photo backdrop areas, ensuring smooth operations throughout the night.

General: Assist with general event operations and support ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Languages: Must be able to speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with event guests.

• High attention to detail (for accurate data logging and prize verification).

• Good customer service skills and friendly demeanor.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Public-facing event environment at a hotel venue.

• Requires continuous standing, moving around, and active coordination during peak event hours.

ATTENDANCE

• Crew Call Time: Must arrive by 6:30 PM for briefing and remain on-site until 10:30 PM.

IMPORTANT

• Meals: Meals will be provided on-site.

• Parking: Parking validation will be provided at the venue.
