FEBRUARY - ALPHA GALAXY Job Scope ✅ Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload goods and catering equipment from the catering vehicle. ✅ Transporting Items: Carry catering utensils, food, and other supplies from the catering vehicle to the event venue. ✅ Buffet Setup: Assemble and arrange the buffet line according to event requirements. ✅ Guest Table Setup: Occasionally assist in setting up guest tables and furniture. ✅ Clearing Duties: Clear plates, utensils, and other items during and after the event. ✅ Food Maintenance: Regularly top up food on the buffet line to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. ✅ Dismantling: Dismantle and pack up the buffet line after the event. Job Attire ✅ Plain Black Shirt (short or long sleeve with collar) ✅ Black Pants ✅ Covered Shoes Requirements: Physically fit to handle the manual tasks associated with catering. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Professional and presentable at all times. Team player with a positive attitude.
