Job Scope:

• Assist with the physical setup and teardown of event booths, product displays, and promotional signage.
• Manage crowd flow, handle queuing systems, and ensure walkways remain clear and safe.
• Greet guests professionally and provide answers to basic enquiries regarding the event or location.
• Direct customers to the appropriate senior staff or specialized sales team members when needed.
• Perform regular product arrangement, restocking, and visual maintenance of all displays.
• Proactively maintain the cleanliness and overall presentation of the entire event area.
• Actively distribute flyers, brochures, or promotional vouchers to passersby to drive foot traffic.
• Support specific booth activities, such as managing lucky draws, photo stations, or gift redemptions.
• Assist with the assembly and distribution of goodie bags.
• Support general sales floor activities and provide directional guidance to customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with unboxing or organizing stock in storage areas.
• Maintain a high-energy and positive brand image throughout the Grand Opening period.
