Campaign: SEP'26 – MOM & CUTIE CARNIVAL

Join us as an Event Crew / Promoter and be part of Caring Pharmacy's upcoming carnival. You'll help engage customers, promote products, support sales activities, manage stock, and ensure a good customer experience.

MANDATORY TRAINING

25 September 2026 (Friday), 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Training attendance is mandatory. You must attend and complete the training session to qualify for the event crew position and potential long-term opportunities.

WORK SCHEDULE

26 September 2026 (Saturday), 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

27 September 2026 (Sunday), 8:30 AM – 10:00 PM

Full availability is required for the training and both event days. Please only claim this job if you can commit to the complete schedule.

Meal / Break Schedule Restrictions

Part-timers must not take their meal or break during peak hours:

🕛 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM 🕕 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Breaks should be scheduled outside these time slots to ensure sufficient operational coverage during high-traffic periods.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent Caring Pharmacy professionally throughout the event

• Approach and engage customers at the booth

• Promote and introduce products to customers

• Support the team in achieving the campaign sales target

• Assist with cashier / POS activities where required

• Perform accurate stock counting and stock checks

• Record stock quantities correctly and report discrepancies

• Support stock arrangement and replenishment

• Keep the event area clean and organised

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth event operations

SALES BONUS – IMPORTANT

The sales incentive is not guaranteed and is subject to the campaign requirements set by Caring Pharmacy (RS) Sdn Bhd.

To be eligible for the team sales bonus, GoGetters must meet all required conditions, including:

• Full attendance for the mandatory training and scheduled event shifts

• Accurate stock counting with no errors or discrepancies caused by incorrect counting

• Proper completion of assigned stock-checking and reporting tasks

• Supporting the team in achieving the required sales target

Important: Any error in stock counting or stock reporting may affect your eligibility for the sales bonus.

The bonus will only be paid if the team achieves the required sales target and all eligibility requirements are met. Payment will be made after Caring Pharmacy completes the final revenue calculation and confirms the campaign results.

BEFORE YOU CLAIM

Please make sure you:

• Can attend the mandatory training on 18 September

• Are fully available for both event days

• Are comfortable approaching and engaging customers

• Are willing to support sales activities and work towards the team target

• Can perform accurate stock counting and reporting

• Understand that the sales bonus is performance-based and not guaranteed

• Understand that stock-counting errors may result in losing eligibility for the bonus
