JOB SCOPE

Cashiering: Operate the POS system to process customer purchases accurately.

Inventory Management: Conduct daily stock counts during opening and closing, and assist with product restocking and replenishment.

Reporting: Compile and report daily sales performance and stock balance quantities directly to the CARiNG Person-In-Charge (PIC).

TRAINING

Mandatory Event Training: Attendance is required on 27 November 2026 (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM) to qualify for this event role.

Cashier Store Training: A 1-day training session at a Caring store is required for Cashiers prior to the event (exempted if you have prior cashier experience).

WORKING CONDITIONS

Public-facing event / retail store environment.

Physically demanding: Expect long hours of standing, walking, stock counting, and moving inventory items throughout the shift.

REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience in retail cashiering or inventory handling is preferred.

INCENTIVE / BONUS

Team Bonus Incentives: Disbursed by Caring Pharmacy (RS) Sdn Bhd only if the collective sales target is achieved and after final revenue tabulation.

Eligibility: Requires 100% full attendance across all required training and event dates. Sales incentives are strictly non-guaranteed.
