We are looking for friendly and energetic facilitators to lead a small group of children and parents through a Nature Discovery Walk at Taman Botani Negara Shah Alam.

Time: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Duration: 2 hours

You will guide your group through Laman Zingiberales, Laman Herba, a short forest trail and Laman Rempah-Ratus using a Nature Discovery Guide provided by us.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys hiking, nature walks, trees and the outdoors

• Is comfortable explaining simple nature facts to children

• Is friendly, energetic and confident speaking to a group

• Can keep the activity fun and interactive

• Is comfortable walking outdoors for approximately 2 hours

No specialist botanical knowledge required, if you do have, its a plus. A briefing and facilitator guide will be provided.

Teachers and parents will accompany the children. Your role is to lead the Nature Discovery activity, not to supervise the children independently.

Please come in comfortable outdoor attire and walking shoes.

When applying, tell us briefly about your interest or experience in hiking, nature, plants, outdoor activities or working with children.
