Job Scope

• Perform basic accounting data entry and update records accurately.

• Scan, photocopy, organise and file accounting documents.

• Assist in sorting invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and other supporting documents.

• Check that documents are complete before filing or scanning.

• Maintain proper electronic and physical filing of accounting records.

• Assist the Accounts/Finance team with simple administrative tasks when required.

• Perform other basic accounts-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge and comfortable using Microsoft Excel.

• Careful, organised and able to handle documents accurately.

• Responsible and able to complete assigned work independently.

• No prior accounting experience required; guidance will be provided.

• Knowledge of SQL Accounting Software is an advantage but not compulsory.
