POSITION: SCANNING ASSISTANT

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable Document Scanning Assistants to join our growing admin team on a full- time basis. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success. **Job Description**
• Sort, organise, and categorise various documents according to established filing systems and protocols
• Perform QC to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
• Maintain organised records and assist with document retrieval when required
• Support the administrative team with general clerical duties as needed

• Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm)

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent (fresh grads are encouraged to apply)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy whilst working independently
• Basic computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Excel) and familiar with office equipment (e.g. scanners, printers)
• Good organisational skills and ability to follow systematic procedures
