POSITION: SCANNING ASSISTANT

**Job Description**
• Sort, organise, and categorise documents according to established filing systems and protocols
• Perform QC to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
• Maintain organised records and assist with document retrieval when required
• Support admin team with general clerical duties as needed

• Monday - Friday (8.45am to 5.45pm)

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent (fresh grads are encouraged to apply)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Data entry and familiar with office equipment (e.g. scanners, printers)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy whilst working independently

• Good organisational skills and ability to follow SOP
