Type: Contract (3 months) As a Market Researcher, you will be responsible for assisting the product managers in some business development and market research. We are looking for an energetic individual who can actively contribute towards Comfort Work’s product goals to build the largest sofa library in the world. THE DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES • Assist in collecting and studying information about customers, sales trends, products, and services to direct our future business and marketing plans. • Assist in performing a range quantitative and qualitative analysis, from competitive analysis, market and impact sizing to running revenue projections. • Provide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings, and industry research, identify market trends Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations. • Perform SWOT analysis on current market activity. • Research on major competitors to gain insight into their business strategies. • Gather information from social media updates, competitor websites, customer surveys, patent databases, etc. • Organize and maintain research databases. • Document, report, and present research findings to management or team lead THE MUST HAVES • A Bachelors degree or Currently pursuing a Master/PhD programme, preferably in the area of business development • Analytical – Ability to apply data analysis, translation of data into effective insights • Excellent writing skills and a keen visual sense. An eye for detail and a quick wit. • Comfortable with functioning individually and as a strong team player • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills • Proficient and comfortable with adopting technology and software tools (G Suite, Excel, web/mobile applications etc
