Part-time E-commerce Product Listing We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Part-time E-commerce Product Listing and Customer Support Specialist. This role primarily involves managing and updating product listings on our online store, and providing customer support as needed. Responsibilities: - Update and manage product listings on our online store. - Ensure accurate and complete product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback via chat - Assist with order processing and packaging, as needed Requirements: - Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Experience with e-commerce platforms such as SiteGiant or Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
