The ORO Auditor is responsible for conducting store audits to verify the placement of ORO acrylic displays, collect accurate photo evidence, perform stock counts, and submit all findings through the designated Google Form.

IMPORTANT:

1. Make ure to get authorization letter from Admin before going to the outlet
2. PHOTO NEEDS TO BE TAKEN VIA MARKI APP OVERLAY (Date, Timestamp & Location/Geo-tag).

• Photos without Marki will be considered INVALID and may require a revisit.

1. Visiting hours between 2PM-10PM ONLY

Auditor Responsibilities

• Conduct store audits according to the assigned checklist.
• Verify the placement of the ORO acrylic display.
• Ensure accurate stock counting based on the provided guidelines.
• Politely engage with store staff when corrective action is required.
• Capture complete and accurate photo evidence.
• Record any refusals, issues, or observations in the Google Form.
• Submit all audit findings accurately and on time.

Scope of Work

1. Display Audit Check whether the ORO acrylic display is placed on the cashier counter. Take a clear photo of the display condition before any intervention (if required).

2. If the Acrylic Display is Correctly Placed

Take a clear photo showing:

• ORO acrylic display on the cashier counter.
• ORO boxes inside the acrylic display.
• Surrounding cashier area for store context.

1. If the Acrylic Display is Missing or Not on the Cashier Counter

• Take a clear photo showing:
• Cashier counter without the ORO acrylic display.
• Current location of the acrylic display (if visible).
• Any ORO stock placed outside the display.

1. Corrective Action

If the acrylic display is not on the cashier counter:

• Politely request store staff to place the acrylic display on the cashier counter.
• Once the display has been repositioned, take another clear photo showing:
• Acrylic display on the cashier counter.
• ORO boxes inside the acrylic display.
• Overall cashier/store context.

1. If Store Staff Refuses

Record the following information:

• Reason for refusal.
• Name and designation of the staff member (if available).
• Photo evidence of the current display condition.
• Notes and remarks in the Google Form.

1. Stock Count

Count the ORO boxes inside the acrylic display using the following guidelines:

• Count full ORO boxes only.
• Do not count loose strips unless specifically instructed by ORO.
• Do not count stock stored in the backroom unless requested.
• If ORO boxes are found outside the acrylic display, record this in the remarks section.
