Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter donation details into the system (amount, donor information, payment method, campaign).
Verify and cross-check data against supporting documents (bank statement, receipts, reports).
Maintain organised and up-to-date records of all transactions.
Support the finance team with basic administrative and data-related tasks.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of data entry and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Good organisational and time management skills
