Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to act as Hotel Mystery Shoppers. You will be responsible for anonymously visiting assigned hotels, assessing the quality of services, facilities, and overall guest experience, and providing detailed feedback to management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Stay at the hotel undercover and observe the overall guest experience, from check-in to check-out. 2. Evaluate various aspects of hotel services, including: a) Front desk operations b) Room cleanliness and condition c) Customer service quality (staff friendliness, efficiency) d) Compliance with brand standards and policies e) Complete detailed reports and surveys regarding your stay, covering both positive and negative aspects. f) Provide specific and constructive feedback on areas of improvement. g) Maintain anonymity and follow confidentiality guidelines at all times.
