This role primarily involves managing and updating product listings on our online store, and providing customer support as needed. **Responsibilities:** - Update and manage product listings on our online store. - Ensure accurate and complete product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback via chat - Assist with order processing and packaging, as needed **Requirements:** - Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office - Experience with e-commerce platforms such as BigSeller or Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
