About the Role: ChargEV are looking for are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and be adept at handling administrative tasks. You will be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, learning, and growing in a highly tech-enabled environment. Role Specifics: Daily Tasks: 1. Handle customer interactions using Zendesk (Customer tickets come in across multiple channels - phone, email, WhatsApp, social media via integration). 2. Ensure prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries, demonstrating our commitment to excellent service. 3. Fulfil customer requests, such as packing customer membership cards. 4. Implement and refine seamless chatbot technologies to enhance customer service. 5. Develop and enforce disciplined recovery and resolution management protocols for customer issues. Working Conditions: Location: Primary work location is in Cyberjaya, with occasional meetings at our HQ in Mid Valley. Working Style: Hybrid model - Weekday shifts are work from office (WFO), Weekend shifts are work from home (WFH). Example shift: Mon, Tue, Wed - WFO; Sat, Sun - WFH Working Hours: Morning (7 AM - 4 PM) or Afternoon (2 PM - 11 PM) shifts. Work as a team to cover the week’s schedule. Must commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week. Lunch Hour: 1-hour break provided, but timing is not fixed to ensure team coverage. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: RM12 per hour on weekdays and weekends, RM16 per hour on public holidays. Perks: Complimentary breakfast, lunch, and tea breaks at the Mid Valley office. Contract Details: 3-month contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. Probation Period: Potential for full-time employment based on performance and availability. Training and Development: Training Provided: Access to a comprehensive knowledge base for training purposes. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Previous customer service experience is beneficial. Experience using support software tools like Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk, Intercom, or HubSpot is an advantage. Education: Minimum qualification of SPM or a diploma. Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in English and Malay. Additional languages such as Mandarin, Tamil, or Thai are an advantage.
