Job Description
We are looking for a highly responsive and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be communicating directly with schools to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide excellent service—all through WhatsApp.
If you are a fast typer with great communication skills and love helping people, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Provide Solutions: Troubleshoot teacher issues from school, provide accurate product or service information, and guide teachers to the right solutions.
Escalate Issues: Identify complex or urgent issues and pass them along to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Requirements
High proficiency in using WhatsApp (experience with WhatsApp Business is a plus).
A patient, empathetic, and problem-solving mindset.
Previous customer service or chat support experience is preferred
Working Hours
8:30 Am to 4:30 Pm
