About Shiang Kee: Founded in XXXX, Shiang Kee (Non-halal) specializes in providing fresh meat, vegetables, cooking ingredients, frozen foods, ready foods and etc. The company strives to deliver quality products and service to customer. JOB DESCRIPTION: Organized and friendly on the phone, in person or using written communication. Interacting and support customer by answering questions, product inquiries, arrange orders and problem solving. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Greet customer and handles incoming calls or text messages. • Deal with customer feedback and general inquiries. • Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses by ensuring customer satisfaction meet. • Responsible for order taking from walking-in customer, incoming calls, social media WhatsApp and Online Store, ensure all purchase orders are being executed promptly, arrange and pack accordingly, and customer required delivery/pick-up date/times are being met. • Attend and manage retail sales, online transaction, card payment, and issue receipts. • Maintain a clean and organise workspace. • Assist with ensuring products are correctly priced and labelled. • Assist with monitoring expiry and damage products and report to Captain / Superior. • Assist in packaging, arrangement of stocks and other events. • Assist in social media marketing. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum high school education. • A graduate degree in customer service or related subject is preferred. • Having a previous customer service experience would be an advantage. • Good personality with interpersonal skills. • Effective communication skills.
