We have multiple positions available depending on your experience:

Available Positions & Monthly Salary

• RM 2,000: Guest Experience Specialist / Hospitality Support Executive

• RM 2,800: Guest Experience Lead / Shift Team Leader

• RM 3,500: Guest Operations Manager / Customer Experience Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Guest Communication: Promptly respond to guest inquiries, understand their needs, and provide exceptional assistance.

• Data Management: Organize and maintain accurate guest records and profiles.

• Itinerary Planning: Assist guests in arranging their itineraries and travel schedules.

• Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Experience Enhancement: Go the extra mile to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.

Working Hours & Location

• Working Days: 6 days per week

• Shift Hours: 8 working hours + 1-hour break per day (Night shifts required)

• Location: Cheras Maluri (Accessible location)

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is a huge advantage (and comes with higher pay!).

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Representative role; relevant experience is required for Managerial/Lead roles.
