Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels. Maintain a high level of professionalism while communicating with customers. Prepare and send invoices and billings to customers. Process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide product and service information to customers. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. Assist with customer retention and upselling.
