Job Description
Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Relations Executive (Junior/Senior) to manage the end-to-end Vacant Possession (VP) process and ensure a smooth, positive handover experience for property owners. You will be the key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, timely resolutions of issues, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full Vacant Possession (VP) process, from pre-VP preparations to key collection.
- Guide customers through the handover process, including:
- Registration on the Handover VP App
- Property handover and inspection
- Checklist briefing and provision of handover kits
- Facilitate property handover and attend to owners during the VP process.
- Coordinate defect rectification works, ensuring timely and complete resolutions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints tactfully and effectively.
- Communicate with customers across multiple channels (e.g., phone, email, in-person).
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide insights and feedback for improving customer service processes.
- Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Ensure documentation and records are updated, organized, and properly filed.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
- Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in property development or real estate management.
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate Management, or a relevant technical field.
- Multilingual proficiency is required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and (Good to have) Mandarin (written & spoken).
- Strong sense of responsibility, service-oriented mindset, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, highly motivated, and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
