Job Description
GoGet is looking for a passionate Community Support Intern to join our GoGet Community Support team. The central goals are: a) Providing top-quality customer support to the communities we serve b) Using insights from user issues to drive platform improvements This role will entail growing GoGet’s portfolio of users, understanding the competitive landscape in the market to ensure the company’s longevity. During your internship, a supervisor will be assigned to you to ensure a fulfilling learning and working experience! At GoGet we are People first, then Process and Product. Customer Support & Communication - Assist and resolve user inquiries accurately and independently to drive for good customer satisfaction. Channels of customer support that you will have an opportunity to learn include: a) Zendesk b) WhatsApp c) Email d) GoGet’s Helpline - Learn how to investigate, follow up, and troubleshoot customer support issues and inquiries with existing SOPs to resolve user issues - Supporting team members by ensuring the knowledge base of help articles and customer support automations are up-to-date - Assisting HOD to compile the latest trends and product updates, features in order to support users efficiently 2. Process Improvement - Working with the Customer Support team to analyse the fundamental issues on hand to drive for overall improvement of GoGet’s offering and service. - Learn to cross collaborate across GoGet teams by unpacking and sharing feedback, notably of new possible policies or issues that are not listed and covered in existing guidelines. - Brainstorm and participate actively in process improvements to drive process efficiency and the GoGet Customer Support engine forward
