About the Role We’re looking for a customer-centric, highly organised individual to join our growing team. As our Customer Delight Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and memorable responses across all platforms. You’ll also support fulfilment by arranging deliveries and coordinating with our operations team.

Key Responsibilities Customer Support

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly via Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, email, and website portal.
• Provide product recommendations, sizing guidance, stock availability, and order status updates.
• Handle complaints professionally and offer suitable solutions.
• Maintain a friendly, brand-aligned tone of voice across all interactions.

Order Fulfilment

• Arrange same-day delivery / Lalamove bookings as required.
• Coordinate collection, delivery timing, and special instructions.
• Update customers with real-time delivery status.

Internal Coordination Communicate with the operations team via WhatsApp group chat to check: Stock availability Packing status Urgent order prioritisation Liaise with team members to ensure smooth fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Additional info: Training will be provided. Applicant must have access to mobile phones, PC and will be working from home.

Working hours: Mon to Fri: 9am - 6pm Sat: 9am - 1pm
