Daily Tasks: 1. Handle customer interactions using Zendesk (Customer tickets come in across multiple channels - phone, email, WhatsApp, social media via integration). 2. Ensure prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries, demonstrating our commitment to excellent service. 3. Fulfil customer requests, such as packing customer membership cards. 4. Implement and refine seamless chatbot technologies to enhance customer service. 5. Develop and enforce disciplined recovery and resolution management protocols for customer issues.
