Job Description

Party Helper Guidelines Priority will be given to friends to take both of the helper jobs. I have posted 2 jobs. Date: 7th December 2024 Party Time: 6:00pm - 9:00pm Helper Shift: 5:30pm - 9:30pm (Estimated 4 hours) Task Overview Before the Party (5:30pm - 6:00pm) 1.Arrive 30 minutes early for a briefing. 2.Set up serving stations and ensure all supplies are ready. During the Party (6:00pm - 9:00pm) 3.Monitor guest tables and keep them stocked with essentials. 4.Clear used plates, cutlery, and glasses promptly. 5.Assist with serving ice cream and refilling chafing dishes as needed. 6.Keep serving areas clean and organized. 7.Sweep or mop any spills or crumbs as needed. 8.Monitor rubbish bins, tie up and replace liners if they overflow. After the Party (9:00pm - 9:30pm) 9.Clear tables and stack used items neatly. 10.Tie up garbage bags, replace liners in bins, and take garbage out. 11.Wipe down key surfaces, especially tables and serving stations. 12.Do a quick sweep or mop of high-traffic areas to ensure the space is clean.
