### **Event Purpose:** To ensure smooth execution of our raya open house and cleanliness so the host is free to mingle with guests and focus on hosting duties. ### **Working Hours:** - Pre-event setup - Event duration - Post-event cleanup <!-- --> ### **Key Responsibilities:** #### **1\. Pre-Event Setup** - Arrange tables and chairs according to layout plan. - Ensure food serving areas and stations are clean and organized. - Set up serving trays, cutlery, napkins, and beverages. - Support caterers in prepping and organizing food if required. - Help communicate with caterer or others when needed <!-- --> #### **2\. During Event** - Refill food and drink stations promptly without host reminders. - Monitor cleanliness of tables and common areas; wipe spills immediately. - Collect used plates, cups, and cutlery discreetly and regularly. - Manage rubbish bins – change liners when full and keep area clean. - Provide help to guests if they need assistance carrying food. - Be on standby to serve guests during key moments, upon host request. - Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude at all times. <!-- --> #### **3\. Post-Event Cleanup** - Clear tables and remove all used items. - Pack leftover food safely (if needed). - Wipe and clean all surfaces and return furniture to original layout. - Sweep/mop the floor and ensure venue is left in good condition. - Properly dispose of all trash and return any rented items. <!-- --> ### **Expected Work Ethic:** - Remain focused on assigned responsibilities without excessive phone use or socializing. - Take initiative in spotting and addressing issues (spills, shortages, mess). - Be punctual, well-groomed, and cooperative with other team members. - Treat guests courteously and maintain event hygiene standards. <!-- -->
