Job Description
JOB SCOPE
Set up tables and dining area prior to guest arrival.
Serve food and beverages to guests during the event.
Refill and top up food trays/buffet lines as needed.
Clear used plates, glasses, and utensils from tables.
Dismantle tables and load utensils/equipment into the lorry post-event.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Active event environment requiring continuous standing and frequent walking.
Physically demanding work, including lifting crates and loading items into a lorry.
ATTENDANCE
- Must arrive 15 minutes prior to shift start time for briefing and setup preparation.
DRESS CODE / WHAT TO BRING
Shirt: Plain black shirt or long sleeve.
Pants: Plain black long pants (slacks or neat trousers; no ripped jeans).
Footwear: Plain black covered shoes.
