Job Description
Location : Taman Connaught, Cheras
Shift :
Monday - Friday (1pm-6pm)
Important:
Must join 2 days of paid training
✨ Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
Introduce and explain bank loan financial products
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria
Build rapport and trust with potential customers
Schedule appointments for Genstar's sales consultants
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
✨ Skills & Experience:
Strong communication and telephone engagement skills
Fluent Mandarin speaker (no race preference)
Prior telesales, telemarketing, or sales experience is advantageous
Comfortable handling objections
Results-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
