The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively presenting our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and engage in effective communication.
• Introduce and promote our products or services to generate interest and qualify leads.
• Employ active listening skills to understand customer requirements and address inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Follow a structured sales script while adapting communication style to individual customer needs.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
