Research commercial spaces for rent in Johor Bahru that could work as a food production kitchen, and report back to me. Finding the options is the job - I am not giving you a list of places. It does not have to be an existing kitchen. Any commercial unit that could be converted counts: shop lots, former restaurant or cafe units, small warehouse or light industrial space, or units inside cloud and shared kitchen buildings.

How you find them is up to you - property listing sites, shop-lot boards, agents, Facebook property and F&B groups, and covering the areas where F&B units cluster. Shortlist what looks usable. For each option: contact the agent or landlord, ask a fixed question list I will give you (rent, deposit, lease term, food premises licence, exhaust and ducting, grease trap, power supply, water and drainage), visit the ones worth seeing, take 4-6 clear photos, and send a short written summary with the agent name and number. Target 5-8 places covered. Briefing and reporting over WhatsApp. Malay and English both needed for dealing with agents.
