📌 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.

Introduce bank loan products and qualify leads based on key criteria.

Build rapport, handle objections naturally, and schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants.

Maintain clean, accurate records of all customer interactions.

💡 Requirements & Skills:

Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Skills: Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.

Experience: Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales is a huge plus!

Mindset: Results-driven, comfortable handling objections, and disciplined with follow-ups.
