Job Description
We are looking for a detail oriented Email Outreach Assistant to help ensure our outbound emails are sent to the correct point of contact at each company. This role is execution focused and process driven. You will not be writing or editing email templates. Your responsibility is to make sure the right email goes to the right person.
What you will do
- Send outbound emails using existing templates provided
- Identify and verify the correct point of contact at each company
- Double check contact details before sending any email
- Follow clear instructions on when and how emails should be sent
- Track basic statuses such as sent, bounced, or replied
What we are looking for
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive and structured tasks
- Ability to follow instructions exactly
- Clear written English for basic communication
- Reliable and organised
Nice to have
- Experience with outreach or CRM tools
- Basic understanding of B2B roles such as Ecommerce, Operations, or CX
