Job Description
Provide general administrative support for daily operations Handle phone calls, emails, and basic customer enquiries Perform data entry and maintain accurate records (Excel / system) Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders Coordinate with sales team and warehouse on order fulfilment Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery Assist in inventory tracking and stock coordination Support basic accounting tasks (invoice checking, payment follow-up) Maintain proper filing system (physical & digital documents) Assist in e-commerce order processing (Shopee, Lazada if applicable) Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
